Growing up in the business and inspired to practice landscape architecture by his grandfather and father, Michael Schmechtig joined the company in 1987, bringing fellow landscape architects and horticulturalists with the same passion to create stunning outdoor environments to the company. Today, under his leadership, the firm continues to grow and serve the finest properties drawing its inspiration, philosophy and methodology implemented by Klaus when the company began.
