Mr. Bondarowicz is the Founding Principal of SMART Construction Group, Ltd., a Residential and Commercial Contractor and Custom Home Builder. SMART Construction Group, Ltd. also provides Project Management Services for residential and commercial projects in the Chicago, North Shore, and Northwest communities. SMART Construction Group, Ltd. is recognized as one of the exceptional custom home builders in this market, with over $200 million in completed projects over the past 25 years. In addition to several custom single-family homes, Park Terrace Courtyard Row Homes in Mount Prospect is a multi-unit development project currently under construction.
In addition to SMART Construction Group, Ltd., Mr. Bondarowicz is the Founding Principal of SMART Roofing, Inc., a Residential and Commercial Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractor with over 15,000 completed projects in over 25 years of business. SMART Roofing, Inc. continues to maintain its commitment to excellence through professional certifications with industry leaders such as DaVinci Roofscapes Company Masterpiece Roofing Contractor, Ludowici Roof Tile Crown Roofer, and GAF. SMART Roofing, Inc. is a GAF Master Elite Contractor, a certification which is only achieved by 2% of total roofers nationwide. In order to maintain the Master Elite status, SMART Roofing, Inc. has been able to maintain a 99% customer satisfaction rating, based on independent surveys from GAF.
Mr. Bondarowicz has also spent the past fifteen years creating Continuum Properties, Inc., which is the Property Manager, Owner, and Developer of multi-family and commercial properties. Continuum Properties, Inc. currently maintains over 150,000 square feet of commercial and multi-family properties under its management. This includes the design, development, and lease-up of these properties in the Chicago Northwest Suburbs.
Mr. Bondarowicz is an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and received his BBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he studied Real Estate, Finance, Urban Economics, Construction Management, and Civil Engineering. He has served a three-year term on the National Roofing Contractors Association Board of Directors, and he holds a current seat on the Building Code Review Board for the Village of Arlington Heights.
